Where can I drive your vehicle?
Vehicles can only be driven on sealed roads
As far North as Cape Tribulation, South to Mission Beach, and west to Herberton.
Additional areas on request.
Can I hire chid restraints?
Yes, child restraints are available from an additional $10 per day. We supply the seats for you to install yourself.
Can I reduce the driver excess?
Yes, to reduce the excess down from $2,500.00 to $750.00 you can opt to pay an extra $25.00 per day.
What is the minimum age to hire a vehicle?
You must be 21+ years old and hold a unrestricted licence. All Licences must be translated to English and shown on booking and pick up. We accept all ages from 25 up to 75 years old.
Can I cancel the hire?
Yes 3 days notice is required for a full refund.
What do I need to secure my booking?
You will need a Credit card or debit card with a pre authorisation. Or a cash bond.
Do I need to return the vehicle full of fuel?
Yes all hires are full at the start of the hire and must be brought back full. Additional fees for vehicles not brought back full.
What happens in a breakdown?
All vehicles are covered by RACQ roadside upto 160kms. Fee apply for at fault call outs.
Are there higher rates in peak season?
Yes, higher rates may apply in peak season. Contact us for the best deal.
What is the minimum rental term?
You can hire a vehicle for just one day, but there is a surcharge on the daily rate. The best rate is for 3+ day hires.
